Abstract pictures

It's one of those times when I really want to post something new, but am too tired to draw anything or think of what to write. So I put up photos instead. They're not the best photos I've taken, but they're interesting (to me, at least). See if you can figure out what they are.

Highly magnified spider web

Monkey butt

Funky cheese

Ghost corridor

Lots of string

Miniature beach

If you comment here with what you think they are, I might give you some pseudo-analytic explanation of your personality and all that jazz. You can take that as an offer or a threat.

During the era of our early primate forebears, after a hard day's work involving foraging, looking to hook up with another primate (um..for the sake of evolution) and inventing fire (probably), one of our ancestors sat down to catch a breath, incidentally at the exact same moment as a volcanic eruption, and fossilization ensued. Pic 2 is the underside of that very fossil. May god bestow the strength to endure the ghastly sight that awaits anyone who'l someday break this rock open. The good news however, is that grandma primate survived (hence, us). Now your turn to psychoanalyze moi. Posted anonymously so you're analysis won't be feigned.

  2. The first was taken in college, I'm sure. I'm very curious about the second. Is the third one a picture of your Beret? Ghost corridor would have to be the GJB corridor. The 'Lots of string' photo is trippy and all I can make out is the words BIG TV. The last one is a picture of my pet mollusc. Awh. :') - Anusha

Deep reflection upon your past creates uncertainty about the future, despite the curiosity and inquisition which permeates the complex process of weighing several alternatives in an attempt to discover the one thing that will quench your insatiable thirst for... whatever it is that you have an insatiable thirst for.
Also evident are signs of repressed sexuality during childhood and the accompanying shame, which therefore get manifested through displacement to other objects, etc. (read: more similar crappy Freudian psychoanalysis)
You are the maker of your own destiny, although your faulty perception may often lead you to think the happenings of the universe are beyond your control. You are free from the cycle of life and death. The power is yours (Go planet! Sorry, couldn't resist that)
    Cheesy enough, yes?

@Anusha - No, the second one was taken in college. The first one was taken nowhere close to college. Nowhere close to Bangalore, in fact, but in Jaipur. Eh, you're so forgetful, (almost) like Hitha only! (with reference to the MG Road photo session!)
Here's my analysis of you: drunk and tripping with no external assistance :P
